The City of Kingston aimed to provide a single, central source of job-opportunity information for the region, after purchasing a new job board solution from WE Workforce. The goal was to improve the experience for passive job seekers who are already employed but exploring new career paths.

The redesigned Career Path prototype achieved an 87% task completion rate in usability testing, after an earlier iteration surfaced confusion in how career paths were visualized.
